It appears the only COVID statistic LA County doesn’t meet in order to reopen is the Daily Case Rate? So basically the health department has come up with a meaningless statistic. Do the number of cases really matter? Shouldn’t government be focused on the number of deaths and hospitalizations? Every day more small businesses go out of business.
